N.I.C.E — Privacy Policy

N.I.C.E (New Inventory Control Enterprise) is an inventory management app provided by Manayill Consulting ("we", "us") for authorised warehouse staff of our business customers. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

Account information — your name, email address and sign-in credentials, set up by your organisation's administrator. The app has no public sign-up.
Business data you enter — inventory, purchase orders, pick lists, packing lists, cycle counts, returns and notes. Returns may include customer contact details (name, email address, phone number) entered by staff.
Technical information — your device's time zone (used to date exported reports) and local network details used to find label printers on your Wi-Fi network.

2. Camera, photos and local network

Camera: used only to scan barcodes and QR codes.
Photos (iOS): used only if you choose to scan a barcode from a saved image.
Local network: used only to discover and connect to Zebra label printers on your Wi-Fi network.

Images are processed on your device and are not uploaded or stored by us. The app does not use your location or microphone.

3. How we use information

To sign you in, run inventory, picking, packing, returns and cycle-count workflows, generate reports and exports (PDF/Excel), print labels, provide support, and keep the service secure.

4. Sharing

Information is sent only to secure servers operated for your organisation. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising tools. Exported files are shared only when you choose to share them.

5. Security

All data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. Session information is stored on your device and cleared when you sign out.

6. Data retention and deletion

Business data is kept while your organisation's account is active, or as its agreement with us requires. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account or personal information, contact your organisation's administrator or email support@manayillconsulting.com. We respond to requests within 30 days.

7. Children

The app is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
